Is there an extra charge for adding a photo to my item? TOP There is no extra charge for adding a photo to any of my products. All I ask is that the photo can be scanned and that it has a light background or that you send me your digital photo via E:mail. What if there is an error on my personalized wrapper or invitation TOP If you are personalizing your wrapper or ordering invitations, I will E:Mail a proof to you for approval. Once I receive your approval I guarantee that the item will be perfect. Should I make an error you will receive corrected product at no charge. However, if you make the error of not correcting the proof, I will re-run your order, but you will be charged accordingly. If you are totally unhappy with your order, you can return for a full refund minus shipping charges. Do you mail chocolate bars in the summer months? TOP Unfortunately mailing chocolate during the summer season is something I would rather not do. I will mail you the wrappers with instructions on how to wrap your chocolate bars. We cannot be responsible for chocolate melting during that time of year. |
